As chef and owner of Flour Restaurant (34205 Chagrin Blvd) in Moreland Hills, Minnillo prides himself on his knowledge and service of quality cheese. He is a regular attendee and member of American Cheese Society conventions, where you can sample and judge over 700 cheeses. He even makes frequent trips to Italy, and makes visiting cheese-making farms one of his top priorities.
