Patriotic Popsicles – 4th of July treats you can make two ways!

These red, white and blue popsicles are a perfect way to serve up a frozen treat for Independence Day, Memorial Day, or any day it's hot outside!

Here’s a way to cool off on the 4th of July…patriotic popsicles!

We’re showing you two ways to make them in our how-to video above. They are adaptable to any popsicle molds you may already have, and if you don’t own any, that’s okay too.

Ingredient List:

For the “sugary version”, you’ll need: Simple syrup (heat half water and half sugar in equal amounts), seedless watermelon, coconut milk, a lemon, and food coloring. Don’t forget the aluminum foil and popsicle sticks.

If you’re making the “healthy version”, get: Blueberries, honey (optional), strawberries, and Greek yogurt. Grab your aluminum foil and popsicle sticks, and you’re good to go!

Whether you’re making them for Independence Day, Memorial Day, or just because it’s hot outside, these patriotic popsicles are sure to be a big hit!
