Celebrating its tenth year, the Brite Winter festival celebrates the end of Winter (almost) in the West Bank of the Flats with art, music, fun and all-around festivity.

The Brite Winter festival, now in its tenth year, transforms the West Bank of the Flats into a celebration of art, music, and all-around creativity.
